What hit rate do
you need?
PrizePicks pays a fixed multiplier, so the only question that matters is: how often does each pick have to hit before the entry stops losing money? This tells you that number, and what a $5 entry is worth at the hit rate you think you have.

Why is the break-even so high?
Because every pick has to hit. A 2-pick Power Play pays 3×, so two picks have to both land more than one time in three. That works out to 57.7% each. Most player props hit somewhere around 50% by design, which is the whole trick.
Power or Flex?
Flex pays less when you sweep but gives something back when one pick misses. At a realistic hit rate the two are closer than they look. Run both with the same slider and see which one comes out ahead for you.
What hit rate do BPE plays run?
It's on the record page, live, for every settled play. We don't quote a number here because it changes every night and we'd rather you check it than trust it.
